For the chance to view some of the region's best art and photography in a beautiful rural setting, head out to Bentley for the 24th annual Bentley Art Prize to be held on August 1st to 3rd.
One of the highlights of the local art scene the Bentley Art Prize is held in the Bentley Public Hall on the road from Lismore to Kyogle.
Organiser, local writer and historian Helen Trustum, said this year's show is shaping up to be one of the best.
"Entries are coming in thick and fast," she said. "I've had fantastic support from locals and sponsors."
The Show kicks off on Friday evening with a wine and cheese tasting at
7pm offering the first chance to view this year's entries.
On Saturday from 9am there will be entertainment plus stalls operating around the Hall.
At 2pm the Show will be officially opened by the State Member for Ballina Mr Don Page followed by the presentation of prizes.
The Show will continue on Sunday untill 3pm. Food Stalls and
entertainment will be operating throughout the weekend. For enquiries
